News

Cranleigh FC are currently playing in the Surrey Intermediate League (Western) Division 1, and will be looking to improve on last season by being in contention for promotion to the Premier division. The 1st Team will once again be managed by Steve Inwood assisted by Keith Palmer.

The 2nd X1, also in the SIL(W), Reserves Division 1, and having finished 2nd & 3rd in the last two seasons are looking forward to the coming season under new manager Richard Coleman with his assistant Paul Lee.

Our 3rd X1 will again be playing in The Guildford & Woking Alliance, following consolidation in Division 3 last season, having gained a promotion the year before in their first season since moving up from youth football. Stefan Brash is now up and running as Player Manager of the 3rd X1 and has achieved some very credible results with a very young side.

We are also pleased to be adding an U18 team to the club managed by Mark Tabor and assisted by Greg Palmer. More news on this new team as the season progresses.

Social News
Liane Leathern has now secured our own 6 month a year bar licence. As Liane showed last year the bar and associated social functions really were the life blood of the club. A big thanks and well done to Liane. The bar will be open after every home game played at Snoxhall.

Club News
Despite other managerial comings and goings at Stamford Bridge Cranleigh player Mark Parsons continues as Reserve Team Manager for Chelsea Ladies after previously coaching the U16's squad. Mark is assisted by Cranleigh's 'Coach Ken', Ken Sauverin. We wish them both all the very best in the coming season.

1st team player Ben Horne has been appointed Club Captain as recognition for all his work over the past few seasons in helping on match days and with all the club's social functions. Jim Williams joins him on the Committee as a player's representative.
